Guide on voting NO (and early) to the CD fund merger

Summary: If you own any shares in CD1, CD2 or CD3 you have till 9am Nov 5th to vote on E&P's merger proposal. Voting is open and it's best to vote NO early so that you don't miss the deadline and also to put maximum pressure on E&P to give up on the merger or make maximum concessions before the vote. Below is a step-by-step screenshot guide on how to vote. Note: If you don't vote For or  Against or Abstain then E&P will direct all Open votes to be in favour.

Vote NO or don't ever complain you got trapped in the new merged fund!

Details:

Step 1: Get a Boardroom InvestorServe account if you don't have one

Go to: https://www.investorserve.com.au
- Click on Register Now to go to this page.
- Use your electronic or paper holding or trade settlement statement to put in your details. The Issuer is CD1, CD2, CD3. The Holding Type for most is CHESS. The Reference Number for most is the HIN printed on every broker trade settlement or holding settlement (or you can contact your broker if unsure). The Name must be an exact match to the Name listed on your Holding/Trade statement.

Step 2: Login to InvestorServe, check Share count and go to Voting screen

- On the home My Portfolio page check if all the shares you own are listed (if you bought shares within 3 days you can play it safe and wait for them all to appear on the registry but if voting all your shares the count will automatically be whatever is on the register by the meeting date)
- In the left navigation click on Voting
- You should see a Vote button for each of CD1, CD2 and CD3 if you hold shares in them.
- Click on the Vote button for the first holding and confirm the Acknowledgement of Name on the next screen
- For the Appointment of Proxy, leave it as Chair of the meeting and click Next.

Step 3: Vote NO to all resolutions

- Leave "I/We want to vote all of my/our Securities" selected unless you have a reason to split your vote.
- Change the Tick from Open to Against for all resolutions.
- Below is the screen for CD1

Note that for CD3 there are 4 resolutions to vote Against:

- Click Next, confirm the summary and then Submit.

Step 4: Confirm all votes. You can redo voting if you change your mind. Ask a question of board if desired.

- Confirm your Vote is as intended
- Use the left navigation to go back to the home Voting screen and repeat for each holding (CD1, CD2, CD3)
